Psychological Testing Services

The cost of psychological testing will be $145.00 per 60 minutes, prorated for the time needed.
Psychological testing fees include the time spent with you, the time needed for the scoring and studying the test results,
and the time needed to write the report on the findings. The amount of time involved depends on the tests used and the
questions the testing is intended to answer. |

The cost of consultations lasting more than three minutes (telephone consultation with patient,
consultations with other professionals, hospital visits, etc) will be $145.00 per 60 minutes, prorated for the time needed.
For example, if we talk on the phone for 30 minutes, will be charged $72.50. |

Academic Support Services |
The rates for academic support services are consistent with the rates for psychotherapy.
Initial evaluation is $170.00. Testing, report review, and consultation are prorated at $145.00 for 60 minutes |

INSERVICE TRAINING AND FORENSIC SERVICES |

The rates for in-service training will depend on the topic, length of time to prepare, location
of training, and travel costs. Fees will be negotiated in advance. Payment may also be required in advance as
well.

Charges for all forensic services, such as consultation with lawyers, review of charts, documents,
depositions, travel to court, or attendance at courtroom proceedings will be based on the time involved in providing my service
at $290.00 per 60 minutes due to additional amount of preparation involved in any legal proceeding. Some services may
require payment in advance. Court testimony is priced by the half day, since court schedules may be uncertain and will
also be charged at $1160.00 per half day (4 hours or less) and $2320.00 per full day (over 4 hours) |
